i was part of a group and we booked four rooms. all rooms were very clean. my room had a lovely sea view. it also featured an amazing four-poster bed. the hotel offered great value for money.

The location was perfect. I found the south pier very close. The promenade was right there, I could walk to it easily! My room was super clean. The bedsheets were so fresh. I also found the value for money great. Prices were competitive! The owner was lovely. She was so happy to sit and mingle. She had a lovely manner, I really enjoyed speaking with her.
The bathroom could have used a small update.

The location proved advantageous, as it allowed convenient walking access to the pleasure beach.
The room exhibited a pressing need for thorough maintenance. Ceiling tiles were visibly stained and cracked. The balcony door presented a security concern as it failed to close correctly. the pervasive noise from other occupants at 2 AM disrupted the peace.

dusty sockwet room
The room i got wasn't the cleanest. i found a dusty sock on the floor immediately. the shower situation was odd too. It's like a wet room, and water sprays everywhere. it made using the toilet after a shower pretty inconvenient. plus the windows aren't tinted, so it feels like you're on display to anyone walking by. i ended up only staying one night instead of the two i booked. It just wasn't worth it
